Bad picture of a really good dessert.

Here's the recipe:

Mixed Berry Peach Sugar Cookie Cobbler
12 oz of frozen berries, thawed. No, that's not an oxymoron, they were frozen, now they are thawed. I used strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
1 can of prepared peach pie filling
1 large (16.5 oz) package sugar cookie dough
1 Tablespoon corn starch

Put everything, including the juice from the berries, but excluding the sugar cookie dough, in a large bowl and combine. Put the combined ingredients in an 8X8 glass baking dish. Crumble the sugar cookie dough over the mixture, covering completely. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, turning 1/2 way through baking. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before digging in but then serve with ice cream, it'll still be hot enough to melt the ice cream a little; and who doesn't like a little melted Schwan's on their cobbler?
